FOR THOSE PAYING IN POUNDS: We are keenly aware and sympathetic to the issues facing the English with a poor exchange rate from pounds to euros. If you are paying in pounds we will discuss a rate at the time of the transaction. Please use the euros as a guide.

Rental Information
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
The house is available from 4 p.m. onwards and we request guests to arrive before 6 p.m. and if possible to keep us informed as to exact time of arrival.
The house should be vacated by 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.
We request visitors to bring their own beach towels for outdoor use.
Heating / Air-Conditioning
All of our houses are heated with wood stoves and electric heating and heating is included in the price between October and April. We provide the wood for burning. Nénuphar (Waterlily) also has air conditioning to ensure comfort in the hot days of summer.
Payment
All prices are for one week from Saturday to Saturday. Prices are in Pounds sterling or Euros and we can accept cheques for both currencies.
For Binou, deposit of 25% on booking and the rest on arrival.
Deposit of 30% at time of booking and the balance payable 4 weeks before the holiday for Peyregras Bas, Nénuphar (Waterlily), and La Mignonnette.
Refundable deposit of 350 Euros at time of final payment to be returned within 10 days of end of holiday depending on the state of the house.
